From mansions to cottages to haunted houses…
I have been reading several books that feature a prominent house as part of the setting. I love stories where the house is almost like a character and gives the story an atmospheric feel! These houses seem to deliver mystery, romance, nostalgia and sometimes creepiness. Whether it be coziness or creepiness it adds an enjoyable layer to the book. The links I loved are below.
